Workspace & Billing
Workspaces
Manage workspace identity, member access, roles, and recent activity.
A workspace groups agents, members, permissions, usage, and billing under one owner. Use the workspace switcher when your account belongs to more than one workspace.
General settings
The workspace name is visible to its members. The slug appears in dashboard URLs. Changing the slug updates workspace links but does not change resource ownership or billing records.
Owners and members with the required management permission can update supported settings. The current owner is the billing owner.
Add members
The person must already have signed in to Orkata. Open Workspace → Members, enter the account email, and choose an assignable role.
- Owner has full access, including member and workspace management. The owner role is not assignable or removable through self-service controls.
- Member can manage agents, sources, analytics, and billing but cannot manage workspace settings or member access.
- Viewer has read-only access to workspace resources and analytics.
Removing a member ends workspace access immediately but does not delete that person’s Orkata account. Review access regularly and remove people who no longer need it.
Activity
Workspace → Activity shows up to the latest 100 recorded workspace and membership changes, including the actor, time, and affected member or setting. Use it to review access changes; it is not a complete security or billing ledger.
Delete a workspace
Only the owner can delete a workspace, and every agent in it must be deleted first. Workspace deletion removes its memberships, invitations, and activity records. It keeps the owner’s account, subscriptions, and billing history.
